Adjunct Faculty
Criminal Justice & Public Administration - to teach courses in the field of Criminal Justice or Public Administration at the Union Campus and Kean Ocean Campus.
Please note that our adjunct faculty positions are filled on an as-needed basis. Qualified candidates may be contacted if and when there is an available opening or possible future opening.
All adjunct positions require a Master’s degree in a related field and teaching experience unless otherwise indicated; candidates with an ABD, Ed.D., Ph.D. or other acceptable disciplinary doctorate are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Blackboard and Online Learning Pedagogy is required of all adjuncts, consistent with University guidelines. Kean may offer free voluntary Blackboard workshops to otherwise qualified applicants.
Please submit cover letter (indicating availability for days, evenings or weekends), resume and contact information for three professional references. Review of applications will begin immediately and be on-going. Official transcripts for all degrees are required before appointment.
