Adjunct Faculty, Robert Busch School of Design
Advertising - to teach advanced advertising art direction and concept courses, copywriting for advertising and promotional design courses in-person at the Union campus. At least five years of professional practice in the advertising industry is required. Teaching experience preferred. Openings are available for the spring and fall semesters.
Interior Design - to teach Drafting for Interior Design. Experience executing architectural drawings in the profession required. Prior experience teaching at the college level is preferred.
All adjunct positions require a Master’s degree in a related field and teaching experience unless otherwise indicated; candidates with an ABD, Ed.D., Ph.D. or other acceptable disciplinary doctorate are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in a Learning Management System (LMS), such as Blackboard or Canvas and Online Learning Pedagogy is required of all adjuncts, consistent with University guidelines. Kean may offer free voluntary LMS workshops to otherwise qualified applicants.

As a condition of employment, external candidates are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to their start date.
