			The Educator, Community Resource Development (CRD) is expected to identify and establish working relationships with relevant local organizations and agencies to deliver educational programs, events and activities pertaining to CRD in a designated geographic region of the state. Individual responsibilities include helping people find information and services, bringing people together within the group and helping create a sense of community among group members. The individual is also expected to identify and establish working relationships with relevant local organizations and agencies to deliver educational programs, events and activities pertaining to CRD in Amite, Copiah, Lincoln, Pike and Walthall Counties.

 Knowledge Skills and Abilities 
  
The Incumbent will be responsible for building coalitions and partnerships with community youth-related groups, agencies, and other organizations. This position serves as a team member with county, regional and state leaders.

 Qualifications 
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness, Economics, Business Administration, or other closely related disciplines. Master’s Degree in related field is preferred. Minimum two years of experience working effectively with youths and Community Resource Development.
 
- Three (3) years’ experience collaborating with community leaders.
